Terms and Conditions
1. 服務範圍 Service Scope
Wood Element Design 提供室內設計諮詢、設計方案及相關服務。所有服務內容以雙方簽訂的合約為準。
Wood Element Design provides interior design consultation, design proposals and related services. All service details shall be subject to the signed contract between both parties.
2. 報價與付款 Quotation and Payment
所有報價有效期為30日。付款條款將於合約中詳細列明。客戶需按合約約定的時間表支付款項。
All quotations are valid for 30 days. Payment terms will be detailed in the contract. Clients are required to make payments according to the schedule specified in the contract.
3. 知識產權 Intellectual Property
所有設計方案、圖紙及相關文件的知識產權歸 Wood Element Design 所有，直至客戶完成所有款項支付。
All intellectual property rights of design proposals, drawings and related documents belong to Wood Element Design until full payment is received from the client.
4. 責任限制 Limitation of Liability
Wood Element Design 對因不可抗力、第三方行為或客戶未能遵守指引而導致的任何損失概不負責。
Wood Element Design shall not be liable for any loss arising from force majeure, third-party actions, or client's failure to follow guidelines.
5. 私隱政策 Privacy Policy
我們重視您的個人資料私隱。所收集的資料僅用於提供服務及改善用戶體驗，不會向第三方披露。
We value your privacy. Personal data collected is used solely for providing services and improving user experience, and will not be disclosed to third parties.
6. 網站使用 Website Usage
本網站內容僅供參考。Wood Element Design 保留隨時更改網站內容的權利，恕不另行通知。
The content of this website is for reference only. Wood Element Design reserves the right to modify website content at any time without prior notice.
7. 適用法律 Governing Law
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並按其詮釋。
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
